Yoga for hips and leg opening

Preparing for my hanumanasana pose requires a lot of stretching. You can’t dive in and just do a split. That’s a recipe for disaster.

So before I give it a shot, I make sure I do a warm up yoga for 30 minutes with focus on hip and leg opening. Everyday I make sure I move forward even if it’s just a centimeter. Slowly I will build foundation just by doing this. No need to rush! I never even thought I will be able to put my elbows down in the floor 😁😁😁.

Now I can even put my head down. How amazing is yoga? I think everyone should do yoga at least once in their lifetime to experience all it’s benefits and awesomeness.
