One of the difficult pose I encountered in my practice is the 8th angle pose. It requires a lot if upper body strength th and core. After removing rice in my diet for 4 days, I was able to lift myself. Still not perfect but it’s amazing!
I’m no longer consuming rice so I can be lighter. On my 6th day now and I’m planning to continue if it do me good. Well, once I’m on vacation I’m pretty sure I will gain again so do it now while I still have the time.
